Introduction These three albums contain a small selection of the many pictures I took during a touring holiday of Western USA in May-June 2014. Starting from San Francisco we covered a total of 3,852 miles through nine states and visited seven national parks along the way before reaching Seattle. Without doubt the parks can only be appreciated first-hand as no pictures can do full justice to the outstanding and varied natural beauty or understanding of the vast areas which they cover. Many of the areas visited were during a period of unseasonably hot and sunny weather.
